What we collect
When you use our forms or the review studio we collect what you give us: your name, email address, your website address, and any comments or annotations you leave about your site. We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) that our hosting provider records for security.
How we use it
We use your details to build your previews, to reply to you, and to send you the link back to your own review. That's it. We don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we won't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting and infrastructure provider, and in the email service we use to write to you. We keep it only as long as your project is active or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@xy2.ai and a real person will sort it out.
