The free previews
When you submit your website we prepare up to 4 live redesign previews at no charge. Previews are starting points for a conversation, not finished products. If you don't take any further, that's completely fine and nothing is owed.
Paid work
If you ask us to finish and launch a direction, we agree a fixed price with you in writing before any paid work starts. Small tweaks after launch are included at no extra charge; larger changes are quoted the same way, fixed and upfront.
Your content stays yours
Your domain name, your text, your images, and your customer data remain yours. On full payment, the finished website is yours too. The internal tools, templates, and systems we use to build it remain ours.
What we ask of you
That you have the right to the website and materials you give us to work on, and that you don't use our tools to annotate or copy websites you don't own or represent.
The honest fine print
We work hard to improve your results, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes like rankings, traffic, or revenue. Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us for the work in question. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
